Sunita Vikashni Lata and her husband are both working at the Juncao technology Demonstration Center. She has three children herself and adopted the three children of her sister who died young. They need to work very hard to maintain the daily life. She has known Juncao technology since 2014 and was selected and sent to participate in the international Juncao technology training at FAFU for 56 days. After coming back to her home country, she decided to set up her own mushroom business. The project personnel helped her build a mushroom shed and gave her 500 mushroom tubes and all the other necessities for mushroom cultivation. She has already harvested 116 kilograms of fresh mushrooms. She supplemented her children’s diet with nutritional mushrooms and sold the rest to alleviate the financial pressure. She advertised on her Facebook account and attracted a bunch of loyal customers and in short time has already earned 1164 FJD.
