The digitalisation of South-South Cooperation aims to bring transformative changes in two
dimensions.
First, the management of South-South Cooperation programmes will be optimised and
digitalised to enhance programme efficiency.
Second, the incorporation of digital and ICT tools in itself needs to be an integral
aspect of South-South Cooperation.
